Our second week of fitness centers kicked off today. Everything is the same as last week except the center itself. Refer to the last blog post to see what we did last week.
Here are the fitness centers for this week: 1) Steps with weights 2) Balloon battle 3) Pull up bar 4) Skier or snowboarder 5) Fitness dice 6) Large buckets 7) Punch and dodge 8) Relay race 9) Balance board maze 10) Pilates 11) Falling sticks 12) Pushup mat 13) Hurdles 14) Running man 15) Weighted jumpropes for grades 3-5; regular jumpropes for K-2 Thanks!
