Each week we post a question on the gym bulletin board to promote conversation about items related to our units and being active. Past questions include:
How long should a person be active each day? (At least 60 minutes) Why is it important to pace yourself when running long distance? (So you can finish the race, so you can finish strong, so you don't have to walk, so you don't use up all your energy in the beginning of the run are all possible answers.) This week's question is: (Kids were told question, answer not discussed yet) Why is it important to dribble, pass, and shoot with both feet in soccer? (Player is always ready to pass, dribble, or shoot no matter where they are on the field; Helps a player make a move around defenders; Players can dribble faster and in control)
