Students who were able to attend PE during the half day began fitness centers. Students rotate every two minutes between 18 to 20 centers. The focus of the centers varies from center to center. We are attempting to workout different parts of the body. Balance, core strength, upper body strength, agility, and hand eye coordination are included in these centers. These centers will remain for 2-3 weeks.
Ask your child what fitness centers are their favorite!
