Students continued with gymnastics. They reviewed the floor exercises (developmental gymnastics) performed yesterday. We added a few new floor exercises today. Classes work through the list of floor exercises at different speeds. When you see the list below be aware that your child's class may not have worked through the complete list yet. The floor exercises include:
Log roll Egg roll Crab walk (forward, backward, sideways) Seal walk Frog jump (Most classes stopped here today) Lame puppy Bear walk This will continue all week. We try to add a few new ones each day. If you have a safe, open area at home, ask them to show you a few of the floor exercises from the list! Have a good night!
